A core function of Midland Community Pharmacy Groups is to design and develop and facilitate education programmes for the professional development of our members - Community Pharmacists.
Education options include but are not limited to
Continuing Education Sessions. We source clinically reputable speakers who provide evidence based presentations, all sessions are backed up with knowledge quizzes that pharmacists can use to claim Enhance points. We commit to providing 4- 5 face to face sessions per year with topics directed by our membership
Contracted Services - Accreditation Training Programs. All community pharmacies who are employed in a service contracted pharmacy must
complete and pass our accreditation modules. The accreditation process is
backed up with standard operating procedures, service specifications and process
flowcharts to ensure standardised service delivery.
