MidCPG has partnered with Pinnacle PHO to assist with the development of Primary Care Pharmacists to be placed in clinics around Hamilton City and the greater Waikato.

These roles will suit pharmacists starting their Clinical Pharmacy journey. 

• Undertaking Medicines Management Services such as hospital discharge review, medicine education and clinical medicine reviews.
• Suitable Candidates will be placed within the General Practice setting to undertake this work. 

We are seeking initial Expressions of Interest from Pharmacists who would like to undertake these roles.

The hours of work will vary from 1 day per week up to full time positions. (Preference will be given to those able to commit to longer hours/days).
